Minsk Sparkling Wines Factory OJSC is a modern technology, based on the best traditions of winemaking. For more than 30 years the production of the plant has been in steady demand in Belarus and abroad.
Technological level of the factory, due to application of modern imported bottling lines is high enough and corresponds to European level.
Sparkling wines are produced by in-line champagnization.
The excellent quality of grape wine is ensured by the selected wines of special sorts, supplied from the southern climatic zone of Moldova, from the New World countries: South Africa, Chile, Australia, USA (California), the Old World: Spain, Italy, Georgia, as well as by the strict observance of the technological process, which embodies the best technologies of modern production.
Among all the assortment of products the plant produces a special place belongs to such names as, apart from well-known Soviet champagne: In addition to well-known Soviet champagne ageing "Radziwill", Soviet champagne ageing "Golden", Soviet champagne ageing "Minskoye" that will be aged for six months before being bottled and will get tones of ageing and softer and finer taste. We would also like to note the sparkling wines: white - "Sibylla Irpina", "Baron d'Arignac", "Soviet sparkling wine", "Stolichnoye", "Troitskoye sparkling wine", pink - "Pinot Noir", "Kniaz Vitovt", and red - "Kniaz Lev Golitsyn".
The assortment of the company's products is actively expanding. In addition to the standard 0.75 l package, the souvenir series of Soviet champagne is also produced in the amounts of 0.375 l, 1.5 l, 3 l and 6 l. The collection of Soviet champagne and sparkling wines already includes 20 items. Moldovan, Italian and French wines are used for production. The collection of natural wines already counts about 40 names, but the assortment being constantly widened.
The level of quality and safety of the manufactured products is proved by the certification of the system of quality management and system of quality and food safety management on the basis of the analysis of risks and critical control points (HACCP system) in the National system of conformity of the Republic of Belarus.
The winery can be called one of the best among related CIS enterprises, which is confirmed by numerous awards and medals: more than 110 medals won at international tasting contests in Minsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yalta and Kishinev.
The winery's wines are also renowned on foreign markets, supplied to Russia, the USA, Israel and Vietnam.
