UNISPECTR TRADING AND COMMERCIAL HOUSE

Mini CHP CJSC "Trade and Commercial House "UNISPECTR" is a co-generation thermal power plant (simultaneously produces thermal and electrical energy).

The main equipment of the mini CHP is Caterpillar G 3520Sdva gas piston engine-generator (genset) of Caterpillar G 3520C with an electric capacity of 2.0 MW each. The heat from the engine cooling jacket and its exhaust gases serves as a means of heating water in KU-1,25-V-G heat recovery boilers manufactured by RUE "Beloozersky Power Plant". Heat recovery boilers can produce hot water in the mode of 950C/700C with a thermal capacity of 1.9 Gcal/hour each.

Thermal modules of mini CHP work in a single technological complex with the boiler room of the branch of JSC "Management Company of the holding MINSK MOTOR PLANT" (hereinafter "MMZ") in the city of Columns, Minsk region. The equipment of the MMZ boiler house carries out water treatment, regulation of temperature and hydraulic modes of the coolant in the heat network.

The main consumers of thermal energy produced by mini CHP are MMZ (uses it for technological needs).

The consumption rates of natural gas for the production of thermal energy at mini CHP are approved by the Department for Energy Efficiency of the State Standard and range from 167.9 to 183.25 kg.u.t./Gcal
