NOVOGRUDSKIYE DARY BRANCH OF OJSC LIDA DAIRY AND CANNING PLANT

Since 29 August 2019 due to the reorganisation of the open joint-stock company "Novogrudskiye Dary" by merging with the open joint-stock company "Lidskiy Dairy Canned Food Factory" and transformation into "Novogrudskiye Dary" a branch of the open joint-stock company "Lidskiy Dairy Canned Food Factory".

Today the enterprise produces more than 60 kinds of products: semi-solid, soft and brine cheeses, whole-milk products, skimmed and whole milk powder. With such a product line, the company is better able to maneuver in the face of constantly changing demand.

At present, Novogrudski Dary can be rightfully called the largest dairy enterprise in Grodno Region. The production capacity of the enterprise allows processing about 560 tons of raw milk daily.

Novogrudskiye Dary relies on "live" products with minimum technological processing. The dairy products contain no preservatives, artificial additives or genetically modified ingredients. This is why products under Novogrudskiye Dary brand are a welcome addition to everyone's table.

One of the latest successful developments is the elite cheeses PESTO RED and PESTO GREEN. They not only have an original taste but differ from classic cheeses by their bright green and red colour.
KORELICH SYRTSEKH
Produces cheese containing brine and soft cheeses, technical casein, and ZCM dry for calves and ZCM for fodder.
