The Dubai Water Front Company is the general designer of the Minsk Lighthouse building.

The "Lighthouse of Minsk" is a complex development of an entire block, it is a kind of "city within a city", where there will be its own infrastructure, in addition, there will also be an underground multi-level parking and a large number of flat parking spaces. The Lighthouse will be located in the Pervomaisky district of the capital, adjacent to the National Library building, located on the border of Independence Avenue and Skaryna Street.
