October – Club evening with Werner Merkel, co-founder and director of VEGIS Immobilien

Our Club Evening took place on 2 October. As our guest we were delighted to welcome Mr Werner Merkel, whom many of you know well. He is the co-founder and director of VEGIS Immobilien, a member of our Club. He is also a member of the presidium of the Union of German Real Estate Management Companies (DDIV) and chairman of the board of the International Real Estate Management Union (IVIM) in Minsk. Mr. Merkel made a presentation on "The current situation of property management in Belarus", which concerns almost everyone in one way or another. We were also pleased to welcome our new member IEC GmbH represented by Mr Aleksey Filinovich, CEO, who gave a short presentation of the company.
