June club evening on June 9, 2021
From Juny 9, 2021, a new law on foreign exchange regulation and foreign exchange control comes into force. We decided to sort out all the intricacies of this topic at the Club Evening on June 9th, and our members of the Club from the legal sphere helped us in this, namely Klim Stashevsky (Arzinger Law Offices), Sergey Makarchuk (CERHA HEMPEL) and Natalia Zhuk (GRATA International BY).
We considered such issues as: foreign exchange regulation of export and import operations under the new rules, general principles for registering foreign exchange contracts, as well as how to purchase securities abroad and not violate the foreign exchange legislation of Belarus.
