In 2011, the company was founded by Anton Garustovich with partners. At that time, a design organization already existed, but project support, separate production of draft designs, pre-design study and assistance with approvals and commissioning were necessary. The company was mainly engaged in large facilities, production bases, office and commercial buildings, and agro-tourism facilities. The organization was developing and the ways of working with large objects began to be successfully applied to small objects, customers appreciated very positively the possibilities of solving complex issues, approving, finding a contractor, organizing a tender, supporting documentation in the executive committee, as well as assistance in legalizing unauthorized buildings.
