MONOLITH VRD JSC

Open Joint-Stock Company "Vitebsk Radio Components Plant "Monolit" (OJSC "VZRD "Monolit") is a modern high-tech enterprise with a 56-year history. Founded in 1958, the enterprise specializes in manufacturing electronic components. It is the largest manufacturer of multilayer (monolithic) ceramic capacitors in the CIS and the only enterprise of that kind in Belarus.
Being the leading manufacturer of electronic components in the CIS the enterprise maintains its scientific and technical potential at a high level, follows the trends in world production of passive electronic components. Capacitors of "VP", "OS" and "OSM" quality categories are manufactured according to requirements of standards, on a level with foreign analogs manufactured according to MIL-standards. The quality management system used in the enterprise for capacitor design and manufacture meets requirements of Russian standards and is certified for the right to design and manufacture electronic equipment in the system "Voenelektrosert" of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

The enterprise's products are highly patent-protected and allow to replace imported equipment. VZRD "Monolit" OJSC is one of the enterprises-executives of the Innovation Development Program of the enterprises of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus for 2011-2015. Within the frameworks of the Program the project "Modernization of Capacitors and Thermistors Production" is being implemented; the investor of the project and holder of 50%+1 share of OJSC VIZRD "Monolit" is OJSC "Kulon" (Saint-Petersburg). (St. Petersburg). In 2012 the enterprise carries out complex technical re-equipment of capacitors production, mastering of new types of capacitors as well as pass-through noise filters.
VZRD "Monolit" JSC is an enterprise with foreign investments, it operates according to the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Investment Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus from December 09th, 1992 "On business associations", other legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus.
