Training workshop DBWC
On Saturday 17 September, our educational workshop was held in order to improve the communication and management skills of the participants.
In the first part of the event, participants learned about the peculiarities of diplomatic negotiations and how to make any negotiation as effective as possible.
The next part was devoted to communication with staff - Performance Review and one-on-one meetings, as well as what can be considered successful communication in general.
